If anything arrives damaged, missing, or not as described, email us at info@haygrocer.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). All payments are processed securely through Stripe with end-to-end encryption.
We offer two delivery options Australia-wide:
  • Regular Delivery — $15, arrives within 7 business days.
  • Express Delivery — $20, arrives within 3 business days.
  • Free Delivery — on all orders over $100.
There's no minimum order value. Orders above $100 qualify for free delivery.
We deliver Australia-wide. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery availability and shipping options for your area.
