All orders placed through HayGrocer are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your complete card details on our servers.
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location, order size, and product availability.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or force majeure events.
You may return non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.
For perishable items (dairy, fruits, vegetables, frozen goods), you must report any quality issues within 24 hours of delivery. We will process a full refund or replacement upon verification.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HayGrocer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
