We deliver most orders within 30 minutes in supported areas. Standard delivery takes 1-3 hours depending on your location and order size. You'll receive real-time tracking once your order is dispatched.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for non-perishable items in their original packaging. For perishable items (dairy, fruits, frozen), please report any quality issues within 24 hours and we'll process a full refund or replacement.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
There's no minimum order value. However, orders above $25 qualify for free delivery. A small delivery fee of $2 applies to orders below that threshold.
We currently deliver across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad with plans to expand to more cities soon. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery availability in your area.
